I'm a new local resident and have only been to Battlefield once, for an annual inspection. I made an appointment and the inspection was completed withint 30 minutes. There was no attempt to sell me tires, headlight alignment or anything else. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Waiting area was clean and attractive, with a good selection of current magazines to read. I'll be back. Pros: Ability to make an appointment for inspection. Courteous service. I was greeted by a line mechanic who scampered away to find the person I needed for the inspection. Every contact, and everything I observed, was friendly and helpful. Cons: No cons. I shopped around for the best price and battles beat everyone, including sams club. I have wasnt sure what tire i wanted, but i wanted soft, quiet ride with a decent warranty. I went with what they suggested, and have been extremely happy with them. Also, cash talks! If u keep away from the plastic, they help you out on the price! Btw, get the roadside assistance program they offer, VERY small price for the service its worth. Pros: Prices, Freindly service, Knowledgable staff. CUSTOMER STATED THAT WE DAMAGED 2 SENSORS ON HER VEHICLE, WHICH WE DID. WE REPLACED THEM AND STILL HAD A PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE COMPUTER AND SENSORS. COMPUTER WOULD NOT READ NEW SENSOR. THEY TOOK IT TO CHEVY DEALER AND PAID TO HAVE IT FIXED. THEY MADE IT SOULD LIKE I WOULD NOT HELP WITH THE COST. BATTLEFIELD TIRE PAID THE FULL PRICE OF REPAIRS ON 7/19/10 BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.
